'OpenFordLink originated from a single aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza into London. Envisioned by the Bianchi clan back in 1985, our small-scale pizzeria was born out of a family endeavor, preserving sage family concoctions for pizza.

Marco Bianchi, the visionary behind our brand, acquired her pizza crafting skills on her sojourns across Italy, gleaning expertise from esteemed pizza chefs in the pizza cradle, Naples. Upon her UK return, she was imbued with a mission to replicate the quintessential Italian pizza experience, choosing to adhere to time-valued making techniques and selecting supreme-quality elements.

From its inception as a humble 12-seater eatery, our pizzeria has flourished into a cherished neighborhood jewel. Our resolve to maintain excellence and genuineness stands firm. We continue to practice the traditional wood-burning oven baking process, produce our dough from scratch every day, and procure the finest ingredients available.

Presently, 'OpenFordLink is a continuing legacy of family ownership and guidance. With the Bianchi lineage's new generation at the helm, we lead an enthusiastic crew. Even as we adopt select contemporary enhancements, the essence of our foundation remains untouched: to serve delectable, genuine pizza that unites our patrons.
